Currently, there are two cases the indicators won't update after you uninstall attachments/mods and unequip the items:

[]Indicators won't update in the inventory view (where you can see the details of attachments/mods and swap them), this can be fixed if you reopen the inventory or open and exit the backpack.

]Indicators won't update in the backpack/vendor view (where you can see everything you carry), this cannot be fixed with the methods in case #1 but can be fixed if you save and load the game.For now, I've only figured out how to fix case #2, so that you don't need to SL when you want to see the right indicators before you sell them to vendors. (At least, this case is really bothering me)
I'm still working on how to fix case #1.
Installation: Use Vortex or manually put the *.reds files in r6/scripts.
