📋 About This Mod
Mar 3rd 2023 edit: this mod does in fact require Material and Texture Override (sorry to anyone that couldnt get it to work before).
Mar 3rd 2023 update: added another main file for grey recolor but keeping the decals intact.
For some reason, most scopes appear to be brightly colored and darker colored scopes can often be harder to find. This mod simply recolors all of them to a dark grey and removes any decals. Note I picked dark grey because I found it tended to look the best with the color setups of most weapons.
All visual variants for each individual scope are recolored exactly the same.
Will not be compatible with any other reskinning mods for scopes as this modifies all of the mlsetup files for them - so don't use this in combination with the older Black sights mod. Also modifies a few of the decal entity files for the Kanone MAX. Should be compatible with most other mods.
Only tested on 1. 61 and will not work on anything before 1. 5 since that is when new scopes were added.
You can either download recolors for all scopes in one file or recolors for any scope individually.
Simply drop the downloaded archive folder into your cyberpunk 2077 folder to install.
