Alright, I admit it! I stole geneeugene's Lady V's Third Leg and made it like 4x bigger and added a bunch of variations. This is my first mod, it's a huge pain and none of the tutorials were 100% correct so there was a lot of improv.
I need help making the textures better if anyone cares to help with that, I'm willing to make changes and update the mod as needed.

Genuinely the textures are trash, please help. Also the physics needs to be scaled down and I have no idea how to do that, also please help.
These are RedMod packed, easy install, just install the one you want with Vortex, or install like you would any other body mod.
The variations are:
1. Flaccid (big weiner that flops around straight down and occasionally clips through your legs)
2. Semi (I added a little perk to it, yknow how it is, not 100% flaccid, clips through the legs less because it's less down)
3. Straight (Nothing about liking futa is straight (no offense) but this is effectively just a 90deg straight out dick, boom easy peasy)
4. AlittleCurve (This bad boy.... he's got a little curve to him, erect, but more human, less straight out)
5. StraightUp (Alright, this is the full peen, you're getting like 20+ inches curving up, it'll clip through the body, it'll clip through the head sometimes, this thing is unwieldy, but you asked for it (no one asked for it)
6. Big ol' Balls (it's basically the semi erect but I added some big balls for you) ALSO THIS HAS SINCE BEEN UPDATED SUCH THAT THE BALLS SWING NOW SO MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT UPDATE BOIS
Anyways, tell me my first mod is great, or tell me it sucks, I don't care, I mostly did it for me and decided I'd share. I also draw porn on hentai foundry so check that out too if you like women with penises.
