Faster Throwing Knife Recovery and Projectile Velocity

Dec 4 - Added two new optional files - one for compatibility with Hardcore 44 mod and one that simply reduces throwing knife reload time to

its minimum value of 0 (doesn't actually result in literally 0 reload time, there's still a very slight delay but this greatly reduces it).

Infinite cooldown bug appears to be a mod incompatibility with Hardcore 44: Realistic Combat Overhaul mod.

Otherwise the main mod appears to still work fine in 1. 61 and should work in 1. 6 -  ive tested in both versions.

Tired of waiting an eternity for your throwing knives to go off cooldown? Well no more!

This mod removes default knife recovery time modifiers and instead uses a uniform recovery modifier (scaling to rarity) across all throwing knife types and variants. This results in:

0. 5 secs - legendary/iconic, 1 sec - epic, 1. 5 secs - rare, 2. 0 secs - uncommon, 2. 5 secs common.

With legendary and epics this essentially means almost instant knife retrieval.

This mod also doubles initial projectile velocity of thrown knives which speeds them up a bit (during time dilation effects it appears to be a little more noticeable).

Added two more optional variants of the mod (optional files):

-One file for if you only want projectile speed

-One file for if you want a lite version with less extreme cooldowns, also adds increased projectile velocity as well.

Lite version:

Should result in 1. 5 secs - legendary, 2 sec - epic, 2. 5 secs - rare, 3 secs - uncommon, 3. 5 secs - common

Only use one version in your tweaks folder.

Installation:

Ensure you have updated to at least 1. 6 patch but 1. 61 preferably

Ensure above requirements are installed

Drop unzipped r6 folder into Cyberpunk 2077 folder
