Seijax created this mod Extra Iconics with some new iconic weapons. You either have to buy it from vendors after certain level or you have to search it in the city.
I installed it and I went to the Akuma, Kabuki rooftops (every single rooftop, including the one he showed on the map), junk vendor in Jacksons plains and searched for the iconic weapons. They just didn't appear. And I bought the Danger Room and Tzijimura. The names and descriptions were invisible, the danger room weapon was invisible. And then I installed the file for unlocking mod slots and the names and weapons were visible. So make sure you install both the files in that mod page, one is the base and the other is for unlocking mod slots.
