EXRC - Runtime Controller (Stutter Reduction - FPS Stability)

EXRC  EntryierX Runtime Controller is an advanced adaptive Lua runtime management framework designed for heavily modded Cyberpunk 2077 environments.

Powered by the new EXRC CORE, it continuously analyzes memory pressure, allocation patterns, runtime stability, frame pacing, garbage collection efficiency, and long-term heap behavior to maintain a stable and responsive Lua runtime during gameplay.

Rather than relying on aggressive cleanup cycles, EXRC uses predictive analysis, adaptive scheduling, dynamic runtime profiling, and intelligent state management to respond to changing runtime conditions in real time. The system automatically adjusts its behavior based on workload, helping minimize Lua overhead while maintaining consistent performance across both vanilla and heavily modded setups.
