Allows the Synaptic Accelerator Cyberware to activate while in a vehicle (car or motorbike).
As above. Dead simple tweak that removes the NotInVehicle condition from the cyberware activation.
I made this because I am playing a full on hardcore run with the mods recommended below and I was getting absolutely shredded every time I tried to drive a few blocks down the road. At least now I can react offensively whenever the cyberware is off cooldown!
