[]Special Thanks: Massive gratitude to the incredible developers, modders, and reverse-engineers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make DLSS 5 usable on current hardware architectures without needing a dual RTX 5090 setup![/]
📋 Prerequisites
To get this working, we will need three things:
-
[]ReShade with Add-on Support (Must be downloaded from the official Reshade website).[/]
[]RenoDX (Included in this mod's download section).[/]
[]Streamline Folder containing all the necessary files for DLSS 5 to function (Included in this mod's download section).[/]
Note: You only need to download the official ReShade yourself. The other two core components are attached right here in the files section.🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation
Step 1: Install ReShade
-
[]Download ReShade with Add-on Support from the official website.[/]
[]Run the
.exeinstaller.[/]
[]Select the Cyberpunk 2077 executable (
Cyberpunk2077.exe).[/]
[]Choose DirectX 10/11/12.[/]
[]Select the option to update/modify your existing ReShade installation.[/]
-
[]Open your game's installation directory and navigate to
bin\x64(where the main executable is located).[/
][]Note for users with existing setups: If you already use a graphics mod like Dreampunk, you might notice two ReShade folders (e.g., a backup or customized folder). If you didn't have ReShade installed before, you will only see one.[/]
[]Recommendation: Keep both folders if you have them. Keep your original folder (
reshade-shaders-original) as a backup since it contains your previous presets, textures, and shaders. Simply copy your old content and paste it into the new
reshade-shadersfolder to keep your setup intact.[/]
-
[]Extract the file you downloaded from this mod page.[/]
[]Copy the
renodx-dlss5files and paste them directly into the game's root folder (
bin\x64).[/]
[]Open the
streamlinefolder from the download, copy all files inside, and paste them into the game's directory.[/]
[]If the system asks you to overwrite/replace existing files, click Yes (this shows up because you are replacing older DLSS/Streamline versions).[/]
-
[]Launch Cyberpunk 2077.[/]
[]Wait for the shaders to compile. This process might take a minute, and the game might freeze for a few seconds. Please be patient and do not close the game![/]
