"Devereux" Carbine
Description
Ever wanted to impale your enemies like it was the mid 90's? want no more. This mod adds a standalone single shot bolt action supressed sniper rifle to the game. The sniper rifle is based on the Ashura smart rifle's model and with the Grad's stats. A "Dumb Ashura" if you will. It is a single shot bolt action rifle with enough damage to one shot most enemies. There are a lot of changes from the base variant, some those are listed here:

Installation and Use
Either install via Vortex or download the .zip file and extract the contents into your game directory. Make sure you have the required mods above installed correctly.
To get the gun, either purchase it from Wilson, the weapons vendor in the Megabuilding H10 atrium.
Use the following code in the Cyber Engine Tweaks console to add weapon to your inventory
Game. AddToInventory("Items. Preset_Ashura_dumb", 1)
As for using the weapon, I very highly recommend that you pair this mod with the "Silent Silencers and Throwing Knives" mod, as in the vanilla game, you get insta detected if you don't kill the an enemy in one shot. That mod allows you to tweak those settings in a very detailed manner.
