David Martinez's Jacket clipping fix

Fixed the clipping on David Martinez's jacket by repainting the _GARMENTSUPPORTCAP layer so the jacket stops crushing whatever's underneath. The mod only touches the neck area, so it should play nicely with any body mod.

I did this purely out of love for the game. The mod itself isn't complicated, but to truly fix every jacket, you'd have to do this for all their meshes, which is way too much work for me alone. Heads‑up on coats/jackets that V can't wear in a totally vanilla install:

If you spawned the piece with a console command, that means the mesh lives in the vanilla archives. In that case, I can fix it exactly like David's jacket, so just post the name of the item, and I'll be glad to help.

If you're wearing it thanks to someone else's clothing or replacer mod, i.e., the mesh is bundled inside their archive. I legally can't redistribute their asset without permission. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
