Dark Matter Penthouse

One of the best kept secrets in Night City has finally come into the light. It's been mentioned in hushed whispers for decades in the elite circles. Rumor has it that Kerry Eurodyne owns Dark Matter. The American God of Rock has dropped numerous hints in that regard himself. Now we know for sure. The camera drones have caught him entering a once unknown penthouse apartment above the terrace. A 43rd floor completely undocumented in the building's floorplans. Could this be his inner sanctum? Is this the private place he flees to when he needs a breather from the hustle and bustle of celebrity life?

This is a Photomode friendly studio 'apartment' designed to match Dark Matter's theme. A teleport location has been added just inside the door for ease of access. If you'd rather walk, you'll need to complete the Us Cracks section of Kerry's missions to gain access to the building. The terrace has been modified to allow access to the 'apartment' above. Your V will not fall off the upper levels of the terrace unless you walk out onto the ledge leading across the front of the building. It has been left accessible for photo ops.

You'll notice a fast travel point on the terrace itself. It works like any other, but you can only travel to other points from it. You cannot travel to it. Climb the stairs and enjoy the view.

No interactions have been added to the furnishings. Walls, windows and floors all have collision. Furnishings have small collision panels hidden within to give the illusion of mass. Feel free to add those interactions if you like. I haven't tried the lean and sit anywhere mods here so I can't promise they'll work. Keep in mind, this is not a perfect build. I'm just begun to get a good handle on AMM.

Installation:

Drop the zip in MO2. Both the build and the location should install properly. If you'd rather manually install, jump into your mods folder, go to AppearanceMenuMod/User. Drop the json file in Decor and the location file in locations. Make sure you have all the prop packs in the required field. Launch and enjoy.

Kerry does not come with the place. He simply volunteered to showcase some of the shots. If you want him there, you'll have to encourage (spawn) him.
