📋 About This Mod
I originally created this mod for myself to test the appearances I make, but it may be useful or fun for others as well.
You can look at almost any NPC and cycle through their available appearances using a predefined keyboard key.
With a second key, you can print all relevant NPC data to the CET console, including the NPC’s name, the appearance currently in use, the in-game time, weather conditions, and the exact world position.
This is a CET mod. So you need CET.
Open CET, go into bindings, set a key f.e. F11 for both functions:
ok, done close CET.
Go close to a NPC, look at him, press F11 or whatever you set as binding, and he will switch to a random appearance he has.

Does it work with every NPC?
Well the NPC has to have multiple appearances. I only found a few where it was not working.
If you do it to a random NPCs , the ones generated randomly in the world, an other random one will be generated.
Q: HELP AN IMPORTANT NPC DISAPPEARED, AND I FORGOT WHERE IT WAS SO I CAN NOT LOOK AT HIM ANY MORE.
A: Reload a savegame...
Q: Will it conflict with other cet tools doing the same thing
A: Yes for sure, my dynamic Panam will try f.e. to put back the "correct" appearance on Panam, and an active AMM probably will try to do "what you asked AMM to do"
Q: why cant i select the exact appearance i want
A: you better use AMM, this is just a fast way to switch appearance with a single key, for devs or for fun
