Regarding known issues:
Due to character skill mechanics, it is normal for cyberware to have higher base stats than intended—these are bound to the base item itself. The randomized stats after upgrading will reflect your configured settings. Unfortunately, I cannot alter this behavior as it is dictated by the core game calculation rules.
