📋 About This Mod
Here's a bunch of Recolours for Cyberware 9! Available for Both Vs, and will work with Mesh Edit mods :)
Hey folks! This is one of the 50ish mods I posted on my Patreon during my leave from Nexus. As things are better on the site now, I am gradually uploading these mods on here. So this is a reupload of the Cyberware 9 Recolours mod I made.
I'll be copy/pasting the mod description from the OG post over on my Patreon.
As mentioned, I did a bunch of recolours for Cyberware 9, one of the new options introduced in the 2. 2 patch from a while back. This one was super easy and satisfying to recolour, and as such quickly spiralled into a gargantuan 42 different colour options. So yeah, you'll definitely find an option you like!
These work for Both Vs, meaning cool recolours for everyone!
It was extremely time consuming to do all these recolours, but it was definitely worth it. All of these look great; something about the texture of Cyberware 9 is just super nice and really works well with pretty much any colour. If you're interested, the one I used in the mod photos is the 'Red' option from the 'Mixed' recolour options.
Want to support my mods in an additional way? Consider checking out my Patreon page. There's a bunch of tiers, but you can join for absolutely free, which will open my entire modding catalogue to you! This includes around 40 mods that haven't yet been uploaded to Nexus; again for free. (I am slowly uploading those here though) So yeah, consider checking out MeltingAngels' Patreon. We also have a Patron exclusive Discord server, with a wonderful community being built. That's free as well!
Here's some Installation Instructions:
1) Download ONE of the recolour zip files from this mod.
2) Extract the files to somewhere on your PC.
3) Choose ONE recolour .archive file; note that the recolour file will affect Both Vs.
(This is just how the textures work in the game files)
4) Put that .archive file in your mod folder. On Steam, the file path is as follows:
steam - steamapps - common - Cyberpunk 2077 - archive - pc - mod
(You want to put your recolour file in the mod folder at the end of that file path)
5) Load up your game, and your V.
6) Choose Cyberware 9 in the character creator, and my recolour will show up!
That about does it for this post. This was a super fun but also time consuming project. Nevertheless, I feel it was all worth it. Yes, I will be doing recolours like this and even some themed recolours, for all the cyberware options in the future. It'll take some time though! Thank you for all the support!
