  Installation:

  Install Cyber Engine Tweaks  , RED4ext and radioEXT by dropping the extracted files into the main game directory

  Download this mod and drop the bin folder into the main game directory as well

  Vortex should work by just using the install using manager button.  When it installs since it is modifying some files it comes up with a confirmation that asks for you to deploy to staging. I just click "yes" and then it installs as normal and works fine on my system.
