This is a simple mod which allows you to access the upper floors of Crunch Plaza without teleportation, noclipping, glitching etc. Simply walk through and enjoy, just as CDPR intended.
Follow the catwalks further down to Metal Heaven music shop and explore the gigantic unused parking garage just below.

To install:
CET and ArchiveXL must be installed!
