Cracked-Out Iconic Weapon Mods--Simplified Chinese translation

A Simplified Chinese translation for the mod Cracked-Out Iconic Weapon Mods. The original mod's localization files are packed within an archive. I have unpacked it to add the Chinese translation while also preserving the original English content. The translation will activate automatically when your game language is set to Simplified Chinese. Otherwise, it will remain in the original English. This mod (Cracked-Out Iconic Weapon Mods) allows you to install Iconic weapon traits as mods onto other weapons, with the vast majority of them being hybrids of two different weapon traits. I have translated all of the corresponding Iconic weapon names.
