  [ - ] This mod won’t boost fps. it rebalances performance to stabilize silly frames and reduce stutters for smoother gameplay.

  [↑] Some users reported gaining more frames for some reason.. probably system-specific, but honestly, I didn’t design this mod to boost FPS. 

  Eliminates Slowdowns in intensive scenes, makes gameplay more responsive.

  Tested on Clubs, Black Sapphire, Mega Buildings, Driving Circles in Heywood + Japan town and Dogtown. some of the game's most crowded, demanding areas.
