A rework on the Liberty Handgun. Updated for 2.0 !

A rework on the Liberty Handgun as a second alternative to a more powerful handgun and on par of the revolvers and the Nue, without being overpowered, being too similar and inferior to other pistols like the Unity and fun to use.
It changes the DPS with higher damage, Magazine size to 10 bullets than 14 and slightly slower rate of fire.
It also includes an optional sound mod for the Liberty to sound more like a heavy pistol.
Installation:
Drag the mod to your "mods" folder.
Launch the game with REDPrelauncher (download the RedMod DLC from GOG/Steam) with mods activated.
