📋 About This Mod
Hi Everyone, made a ton of tweaks to this for cyberpunk 2077 V1. 61+
I had a few goals being 1. Bring color back 2. Make skin look like skin and 3. Keep text readable on neon signs.
I've been calling it color pop because the original game looks so washed out compared to this.
Optimized for an ingame gamma slider of between . 7 and . 8, some areas are dark but that's how I like it. This is for reshade 5. 4. 2+
As far as updates for this I am looking to optimize some of the features when the new version of CP2077 comes out. I will keep this page updated as that comes :)
Installation instructions:
Download the latest version of reshade from https://reshade.me
Download the latest version of my file from the downloads section and put in Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
Run reshade exe and use the browse button to find the Cyberpunk EXE file in Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
Select DX 10/11/12
When asked for a preset use my file
Check all effects options on
Run the game with redlauncher and select use mods (If you're using mods)
You should see "Compiling effects" at the top of your screen, press the "Home" button to verify you have reshade installed.
Detailed Installation Instructions:
|To install ColorPop 5. 4. 2:
1. Download reshade from https://reshade.me/#download (I cannot package that software into this download, sorry!)
2. Run reshade
3. At "Select game or application" use the "Browse" button on the bottom right and find your Cyberpunk2077 Application. For steam it is at : SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
4. Select next
5. Select Microsoft DirectX 10/11/12 (usually auto-selected) and hit next
6. if asked for a preset select next
7. On "Select effect packages to install" there is an "Uncheck all" button, hit that, and then hit "Check all" and hit next (yes i know you could've just selected them all but this is faster hopefully)
8. Go to your Cyberpunk Application For steam it is at : SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
9. Download the "Pre-packaged Files" from the main files section of Colorpop : https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/5943?tab=files
10. Unzip this folder using 7zip or winrar and open the "Main Folder"
11. Drag and drop all files from the main folder where your Cyberpunk.exe is located : For steam it is at : SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 (Overwrite/Replace all files when asked)
Finish and run the game!
