install after your meeting with Johnny and obtaining Nibbles due to clippings
! even it requires amm props which can impact performance, streaming distance is a very low, 30x25x25, 5m bigger that the whole apartment.
if you noticed some audio glitches leave apartment (streaming distance) and come back, unfortunately its because of amm props, i will eventually rebuild something similar like this apartment.. bug can occur when you load game save directly into apartment (streaming distance), when you walk naturally into place everything should be fine
