Allows the player to repeatedly reroll Chipware Connoisseur bonus stats on their Cyberware even after reaching max upgrade level (Legendary++).
I found it annoying that the game incentivized you to not upgrade your Cyberware to its final level until you got a lucky seed with a stat you wanted. Now you're never stuck with a dud piece of Cyberware.
Known issue: If you have the License to Chrome perk at level 3, for the first time rerolling stats on a fully upgraded Skeleton Cyberware after loading a save, the Skeleton Cyberware may be unequipped, now showing identical copies of the rerolled cyberware in your inventory. This is caused by the games implementation of License to Chrome level 3, by using two linked items, always hiding one or the other. When this mod lets you upgrade to the same item, it confuses the game. Re-equipping either of the items will hide the other, and subsequent rerolls will not repeat this issue.
