Fixes a CET missing dll error when the game exits as "crashed", e.g. when using Alt+F4.
This fixes a weird error popup when the game "crashes" using CET.
I assume that this might be an issue with the MO2 CP2077 Plugin, since it attempts to load a dll from a wrong path.
This is just a dummy dll that exports an empty function, so that CET shuts up. that's it. There is no real code ran.
The full "source code" of the dll is just this:
