Features:
Ground floor: Garage, Lobby, Elevator to a three story capsule
First floor: Club with gambling (playable roulette, blackjack pachinko), dancing, smoking, drinking, hanging out and arcade
Second floor: Sitting area with tv, dining, kitchen, bathroom
Third floor: Bedroom, worktable, lounge with views (binoculars too), bathroom, wardrobe and meditation area
Fast travel, lightswitches and interactions approriate to each location.
Oh and I totally forgot to mention that there are NPC's partying already, I didn't summon those for a photo-op!
Note:
If you find the location too dark, there are 2 lightswitches next to the bar counter on the gambling side that increase lighting."Park your car in the garage, say hi to the bouncer in the lobby and then ride the elevator to the skies. You'll arrive at a small private club where you can gamble, dance, drink smoke or even play arcade games when jukebox is slinging the tunes.
Or perhaps you'll want to visit the second floor with more chill atmosphere. Perfect place to sit down, watch tv and chat. Or maybe dine with the Japantown elite.
After you're done you can retreat to the top floor to your private quarters. It comes with all your basic needs from bed, laptop, bathroom, meditation, wardrobe and even sightseeing binoculars to marvel what has surrounded you here all along, the breathtaking views."
