character creator or Cybercat.

Just drop the appropriate archive into your mods folder.
If you first load them up in a new game, you can customize them the same way you could with the normal male V. Some characteristics will stay like Arasaka’sbig bump on his head or Psycho’s neck cyberware but they are still fully
