This mod allows you to use featured female NPC as a base for female V where you can customize to make a unique looking V.
There are 7 female NPCs that you can play as but also make your own unique V by changing facial features in character creator or Cybercat. Just drop the appropriate archive into your mods folder.
The featured NPCs you can use as a base are:

If you first load them up in a new game, you can customize them the same way you could with the normal female V. You may also need to get skin to match by switching the skin tone.
