download the mod
Go to your cyberpunk directory then go into Archive > PC >MOD and place it.
that's about all there is to it, and it should work.
There is a VTK and UV version, so please download the correct one.
If you use the UV version you will need to install this mod first, and if you use the VTK version you will need this mod first. If these mods are not intalled first, the tattoo will not show.
