This mod simply enables the Blackwall Gateway quickhacks and adds custom icons to those.
I also felt free enough to add a new iconic version of the quickhack, which is a bit stronger, but they are locked behind secrets and certain choices made.
Item command for CET are:

Level 4: Game. AddToInventory("Items. BlackWallProgramLvl4",1)
Level 3: Game. AddToInventory("Items. BlackWallProgramLvl3",1)
