This is a blackout smoke hand and underboob tattoo overlay.

Due to popular demand I have converted my UV blackout smoke tattoo mod into VTK format.

This time around there are three versions: full, hands only, or underboob only.

To install, use Vortex or drop in archive/pc/mod.

If it does not work, try changing the "000_" prefix on the archive to "!!!_" or "zzz_"
