It will only probably only work for Masculine V Body Overhaul mod (uncut and cut), bigger rear file should work for all male body types tho, it will also work on all adult male NPCs. They can be used together or separate as they don't conflict with each other.
Body mod used on screens is Gymfiend body mod with its addons by MadamLea.
Copy the folders into your main game folder or use mod manager.
