I have too much integrity to not inform you right away: this is a shameless plug for a beloved podcast.

The mod is inspired by (and makes references to) Boonta Vista: four Australian weirdos talking about the most unimportant news and silliest events.

In an ocean of doom, it is a much needed breather. If you feel like it, consider giving it a listen.

I am also obligated to give you the "DO NOT start from the beginning" warning. Also, do not ask them where the second half of their title went.

TL;DR

Scattered throughout Night City are 4 Iconic weapons. Each comes with a bit of a story to connect it to the world itself. Each has a drawback, a standalone use, and an interaction with the other 3.

While you are supposed to just stumble upon them, I will provide (increasingly specific) directions on how to find them.

The effects of all 4 are highly configurable via the menu.

Holstered versions

See the optional download for the holstered versions of all 4 items to use with the wonderful Valentino Harness and Holsters - Fem Masc V (ArchiveXL) by raem.

The download includes versions for both Fem and Masc V, no additional action necessary.

All holstered appearances are silently added to your wardrobe when you loot the item itself.

All holstered appearances support Visual Holsters (Automatic Clothes Swap). Currently, you will need to manually add the following to the list of tags (see step 1 in this article):

I will automate this process when this feature is out of testing.

NOTE 1: support only for Vanilla-shaped bodies (tested with base Masc and -KS- Solo Body 2. 0 Fem).

NOTE 2: only specific positions are supported by each item, see individual sections for details.

NOTE 3: some clipping may occur in certain poses, especially with The Lead Pipe: after all, I am trying to shove a baseball bat-sized pipe into a machete-sized holster :D

Fidget

A compact version of Malorian Overture. It is not about the length of the barrel, it is about how fast you can shoot. Wait...

Fidget is a simple revolver with a clean finish and a polymer grip.

It feels great in your hand and begs to be used. It also features the most sensitive of triggers, firing as fast as you can click.
