FPS will vary as my game is heavily modded ~30GB worth of mods aha, will do a fresh install and new comparisons soon!

If you have fps issues delete the 'user.ini' file and download an older crowds ini tweak.

This ini tweak is heavily based on a few well known tweaks with some adjustments for my hardware, thought I would upload since I cleaned it into 2 compatible files instead of the mess I once had in that folder and makes these tweaks work a bit nicer with each other.

This DOES have ASYNC enabled as I get slightly better performance from it but you may want to go into the ini file with a notepad and just add (without quotations):

Enable = false

UseAsyncComputeFFT = false"
