Best sandevistan build for base game 2.0

Update 2. 0 made cyberpunk a completelly new game. A lot of stuff has been hard nerfed. Most of the builds that used to own everything are now pathetic.

This includes all gun builds, all netrunner builds, all hybrid builds.

Then, if all that sucks now, what do we have?

Well, nothing to worry about, introducing the best build for BASE GAME 2. 0.

The build uses the synergy between the new thermal katana and Pyromania. All you need is to set your enemies on fire, which can be done either with the katana or the thermal projectile launcher. Result is doing only critical hits and having huge survaivability, by triggering Pyromania with the launcher or the EMP.

It also uses the new best sandevistan, Militech "Apogee".

I have fought maxtac for hours on VERY HARD diff with this. If you die, it is not the build's fault, it is your fault.

Base game is 100% completed, all gigs, all cars, Judy romanced, all tarot cards(including the 2 secret ones), both pets - cat and iguana, all skill shards.

From 2. 0, i got Axolotl from Regina, the 2 new cars(the magenta mistery monster truck and Quadra Type-66 Hoon) and the thermal katana, Errata.

69 perk points, if you go for Phantom Liberty, you can have 12 more.

P. S. It is recommended to play PHANTOM LIBERTY with this save. You do not need any new weapons/cyberware from Phantom Liberty, although, the Sparky sniper riffle will be good to have and may be a few cyberware swaps for some extra damage/survaivability, it is not needed though.
