This area MUST have been Cut Content because why else would there be Bird sound effects still existing in the Gardens AND the Secret Club Music that plays if you Noclip behind the Club door, I added a couple floors behind the door to walk around and listen. I GUARENTEE it was supposed to be idle shop music while looking around a small shop! In General, the View this high up is TOO GOOD for them to NOT want the player to see Night City like this right?!?
