1. Make sure you have Cyber Engine Tweaks installed
2. Extract the contents of AutoAnswerCalls.zip directly into your game directory (for Steam smth like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077")
How to change the delay?
