A personal note: this mod was made for my own enjoyment. I love the dystopian corpo life for reasons unknown and got way too deep into building this for my current RP. I'm sharing it for anyone else who enjoys that kind of gameplay. I don't usually put my mods up here, so please be kind in the reviews.

Kinda… Arasaka is always looking for fresh recruits with low salary expectations and boundless optimism.

Arasaka Office Job is a mod inspired by Corpo Job at Baskin - WFA Edition, that puts V inside the Arasaka corporate machine as a functioning desk worker. This job comes with a questionable career ladder, seven interactive minigames, and six colleagues who will make their problems your problems too.

What's in it

The intranet

Everything runs through the in-game browser. Navigate to the Arasaka Intranet (ARAnet) tile, apply for the Counter-Intelligence position, and wait 24 in-game hours for HR to get back to you.

Cases

Each shift auto-assigns a batch of cases. Cases persist across shifts, have a completion percentage, and expire if you neglect them too long. Six completed assignments per shift meets quota. Submit and get paid or let them pile up and HR will notice.

Eight minigames

  []Packet Trace (IDS): triggered by Security Alert mail threads. Quarantine malicious packets from a live stream before the timer expires. [/]

  []Field Agent Evaluation: unlocks at rank 5. Review a batch of 3 HUMINT mission reports and file a disposition on each.[/]

  []Stakeholder Alignment: unlocks at rank 11 (Lead Field Agent). Draw 3 senior managers, read their dossier, then manipulate them. [/]

  []File Delivery: Counter-Intel doesn't always trust the network. Sometimes the files have to move on foot. Deliver CI Case files to two different Arasaka facilites in NC.[/]

  []Records Retrieval: Intern work at it's finest. All you have to do is find files for your superiors.[/]

  []Encryption: Find relevant information in intercepted comms files.[/]
