  With apartment_japantown_cleaned_up_extended almost all furniture is cleared out for more possibilities for AMM preset builders. I did leave the guitar, radio, and whiskey glass for their interactions. Some candles are left behind and there may be a floating flame or two since I'm still unsure of how to remove the actual flames with Red Hot Tools. INSTAL EITHER/OR, NOT BOTH!

  Thanks to ArchiveXL, this mod won't cause compatibility issues.
