AntiFreeze - Micro Stutter Begone

This is an ini file aiming to reduce micro stuttering/freezing while playing CP77.

TRY THIS WITHOUT ANY OTHER ANTI STUTTER MODS FIRST AS

MANY MAKE CHANGES TO THE SAME THINGS AND WILL CONFLICT.

Micro stuttering, pauses, momentary freeze-ups, call 'em what you will.

I tried lowering graphics settings, turning off RT, configuring Frame Gen.

Nothing worked.

I then turned to mods, like Ultra Plus Performance, Night City Fog Nulled, General Shadow Fixes, Draw Distance, Disable Fake Lights.

Recently I tried throumbas' Stuttering improvements mod, and it helped.

Stuttering was indeed reduced, by about half. But still enough stutter to annoy me.

So I decided to have a go myself.

I scoured the ini settings and looked for performance hoggers, starting with throumbas' settings as a base.

A little fine tuning later, and.. fixed..

Well. Almost. Close enough for government work, as they say.

Most of the stuttering is gone. Very, very occasional blip. But way better than anything I had before.

Can run the game for several hours without issue.

Hence, I decided to share this file.

Notes on Ultra Plus mod:

I've run this mod with and without Ultra Plus.

In general, the game runs slightly smoother WITH Ultra, however..

I noticed a considerable delay when completing missions for the actual completion to happen, i.e. reward and acknowledgement and return of certain hud elements. Also, game occasionally froze when using the wardrobe.

Obviously a conflict happening, but as my brain can't handle Wolvenkit, I can't rectify it.

Having said that, there's not that much difference when NOT running Ultra, at least on my rig, so.. meh.

To install, just download and extract to the main CP77 folder. Uninstall, delete the file.
