1. Download the file in the "files" tab. The latest version should be the main one at the top.
2. Open the .zip file with WinRar, 7-Zip or other preferred zip/rar manager, and then locate the "Techie.preset" file.
3. To install the mod, locate Cyberpunk\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-preset\female and then just drop it in there, and the preset should be right there when you start a new character or edit your character later.
