Alex Romanced

Basics:

Adds an opportunity to "romance" Alex, at The Moth, during Birds with Broken Wings.

Works for Masc and FemV (works better for FemV due to the animations/scenes used)

More info/technically stuff:

• []Alex will shift several times between her "self" image, and her 'Daphne' image (her bartender appearance when you first meet her)...

  I felt it fits well, especially at some of the points where it happens... but also gives the scene something unique compared to other similar romances.[/]

  []The new romance scene features an instrumental version of the "Hardest To Be" song, this is from the game files, but slightly edited to have the correct start, end, and volume for the scene. This music requires Audioware and Redscript to work properly.[/]

  []Using Photomode during the scene does not pause the music... so it would then end too early! By default Photomode is blocked for the scene.. BUT, if you really want it, this block can be lifted with an option in the Deceptious Quest Core Utilities and Settings section for Alex Romanced.[/]

  []Scene takes place in the back room of the Moth, I added a pullout/bedsheet and some pillows, as well as an extra light fitting to balance the lighting for the scene a little better - these items are only there for the scene and removed afterwaards[/]

Installation:

Unzip the main zip into "Cyberpunk 2077" folder so that the .archive and .archive.xl files end up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder.

The AlexRomanced scripts folder and file(s) should end up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts" folder.

The AlexRomanced audioware folder and file(s) should end up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\audioware" folder.

Make sure the required mods are installed too!

PathTracing "issue":

Alex's disguise appearance hairs don't work well with PathTracing... the tech can't tell what is or isn't there, so hidden versions of hair still cast shadows, it thinks she has 2x layers of skin etc

This only affects PathTracing, RayTracing is fine!

To save the user trouble and/or ruin their immersion, the mod automatically disable PT for the scene! (if it is on)

It does this only when the romance scene starts, and it drops down the graphics from PT, to best RT.

Once the scene has ended it swaps back to PT! This is designed to be seamless and unnoticed.

But be aware: quitting the game during the scene may leave you with RT instead of PT.

Resetting to troubleshoot/debug/fix issues:

You can use the Deceptious Quest Core Utilities and Settings to 'reset' the mod, with a button in its Native Settings UI menu, this simply stops the logic that runs the scene after picking the 'Kiss' option.
