The NPCs get access to a very nice Valentino body tattoo but we don't, that's not fair!
Steelmaggot68 has converted this NPC tattoo to work with UV bodies but no version existed for VTK body users and i felt like i had to make one, playing as street kid and not being covered in Valentino tats didn't feel right.
I had to do some repainting of the arms and chest area of the tattoo due to texts being messed up, so it took more work to set this up than i had expected.
