Available in a multitude of colors through optional files (though default is classic Ferrari Red); can get both the roofed and roofless variants
Purchase through VCD; or use this console command

Apologis for setting to hidden intitally had to work out some small stuff (resulted due to lack of QA) but ended up playing Forza and finding things that I wanted to change to match the car's mechanics in that game :)
