Exodus 2022

EXODUS 2022 This scenario immediately follows the events of "No Man's Land" NATO's surprise attack over the European no man's land has brought about the desired results. The Soviets, who correctly inferred they would only face a ground attack in Turkey, now feel the need to prepare ground troops and air defense units for a second front in Poland. Furthermore, the targeting of fuel and ammunition reserves could not have been a more devastating one; the Soviets were suffering from a heavy logistical shortage due to the rapid escalation of conflict and activation of hundreds of reserve formations and manpower. Immediately after the surviving strike aircraft return to their bases in West Germany, NATO prepares for a Soviet counterattack. The escalation of conflict, the violence of the skirmishes so far, and the impending start of a third world war have combined to cause panic and chaos throughout the world. Fearing for their lives, civilians and military personnel alike were about to embark in a mass-exodus across Europe, seeking shelter from conventional and nuclear fire. The scale of this behemoth stampede was unprecedented by either side, and would force both to adjust quickly to avoid a massacre of catastrophic proportions... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - This AAW-focused scenario will include dozens of civilian and private aircraft and ships running panicked in the middle of your AO. Keep your wits about you and defend against the Soviet counterattack without committing too many war crimes! - The scenario is meant to be played until 0330Z, at which point it will automatically end and a final wealth of points will be awarded, determining your overall score depending on how the rest of the scenario turned out.
