Airstrikes on Zinder, 2025

THIS IS A BETA VERSION OF THE SCENARIO. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS A MORE INTERESTING, MORE CHALLENGING, MORE FUN SCENARIO? THANKS! This scenario assumes that in the near future Niger will experience a civil war. An organization known as the ZLA seeks to establish a separate country in the Nigerien territory of Zinder. It has already occupied the largest city in the region, also known as Zinder, and is operating as a de facto state. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has sometimes organized multi-national peacekeeping efforts. It has formed a coalition to help Niger fight the rebels.
