Partner Voices for Players

Overview

• []Replaces the player character's voice with that of a Partner character.[/]

  []Also adds voice lines to various actions that are normally unvoiced, including attacks and the use of Formae.[/]

  []Supports voices from nine characters: Lou, Noah, Josée, Lyle, Holly, Valentin, Iris, Lise, and Liv Voda.[/]

  []Both English and Japanese voices are supported.[/]

Features

• []Voice lines are added to the following actions:[/]

  []    Attacks[/]

  []    Dodges[/]

  []    Use of Weapon Formae / Bequeathed Formae[/]

  []    Drain Attacks[/]

  []In addition, the player's existing voice lines are replaced with those of the selected character.[/]

  []Voice lines in cutscenes are not changed.[/]

Notes / Limitations

Liv Voda's voice requires the "Mask of Idris" DLC.

Installation instructions

Requirements

To use this mod, you need to install UE4SS.

If you haven't installed UE4SS yet, follow the installation guide below.

If you have already installed it, please proceed directly to installing the mod.

Install Partner Voices for Players mod

Please download the file that matches the character voice you want to use (e.g. `LouVoiceForPlayer-1. 0. 0.zip`, `NoahVoiceForPlayer-1. 0. 0.zip`).

• []Download the latest version of the voice file you want to use[/]

  []Extract the files from within the downloaded zip folder[/]

  []Copy the extracted `CodeVein2` folder and merge it with your game's `CodeVein2` folder. (ie, copy it into the root CodeVein2 folder)[/]

  []Done[/]

Important Notes:

- Do not copy the ZIP file into your game folder without extracting it first.

Uninstall this mod

To uninstall, delete the following folders and files.

'<Game Folder>\CodeVein2\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\PartnerVoicesForPlayer\'
