Makes the Light Mage Elemental Spikes more powerful by reducing their cooldown and increasing their ichor efficiency
Increased the damage from 200% to 300%
Increases ichor cost from 4 to 5
Decreases cooldown from 5 seconds to 1 second

To install this mod drop the .pak file in Steam\steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Content\Paks\~mods. If you don't have a "~mods" folder yet just create one inside the "Paks" folder.
