Agenda Flavour Text Tweaks

Changes the flavour texts from the new agenda popup for each leader so they fit the agenda conditions more accurately. Also changes a couple of agenda names to improve their flavour, particularly if they were mostly generic like "Wanderlust" or "Culture from Conquest". The idea was to make it so the flavour texts that are meant to be messages from the leaders themselves feel less random and contradictory. Where it fits I also tried to include or reference some popular quotes from the leaders, or tried to fit the overall personality they seem to have. For now it is only available in English but if there's people willing to translate I can include them. All leaders have new text for both their positive and negative reaction messages aside from Confucius and Himiko since those were kinda good actually. Recommended to play with Orion's Clear Agendas since that mod also makes the conditions a lot clearer overall and it is just neat. (Also if you wonder why the screenshots say Affinity instead of Relationship that's just part of my Diplomacy Icon Tweaks mods) Also available in Steam
