Urban Sprawl and City Density - we've been here since Civ 6 days.... Turn 20, you place your first Holy Site with a lone Shrine on it and squint at the screen — "wow, that actually looks like the Oracle of Delphi." Beautiful. Atmospheric. A tiny sacred hill in the wilderness. Turn 300: your capital is a 6-district megalopolis with 4 wonders stacked like a theme park visible from space, and the city "skyline" resembles a server rack. Immersion: gone. Civ 7 tried to clean things a bit — but some habits die hard, and somehow it got worse. By the Modern Era touring your empire feels less like presiding over a great civilization and more like a road trip through Detroit. This mod is a collection of six independent toggles with ideas or mechanics introduced by various modders throughout the time that push city-building toward density and intentionality rather than sprawl and spam. Use all of them, or just the ones that fit your preferred difficulty. What's included: Unique Improvement Restriction — unique tile improvements can't stack adjacently or per-settlement (weak/strong modes) Unsprawl — buildings must be placed adjacent to the city center; religious buildings are restricted to the center tile Buildings per District — cap urban districts at 2, 3, or 4 buildings instead of the default Minimum City Separation — enforce 4 or 5 tile gaps between city centers City Radius Expansion — claim ring-4 tiles on growth (unfortunately player-only for now) Wonder Cost Scaling — each wonder
