Scrum Lord's Advanced Options Menu Tweaks

When creating a new game, would you rather click Next and Back a thousand times, or would you rather have user-friendly dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons? This mod gives you those dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons. This mod enhances both the single player Advanced Options menu and the multiplayer Create Game menu! More specifically: Replaces the Create Game / Advanced Options menu's carousel-style Enabled/Disabled options with checkboxes by default. Reduces clutter and makes on/off toggles easier to read. Replaces all other carousel-style options with dropdowns by default. This allows you to view all possible values with a single click AND allows you to view each possible value's tooltip simply by hovering the mouse over dropdown items. Adds convenient radio buttons to each list option by default. Provides detailed option tooltips for both the single player and multiplayer menus. Single player menu fix: options correctly update themselves when selecting options that affect other options. Single player menu fix: MP options no longer erroneously appear if you navigate from the MP menu to the SP menu.
