Three Same Attribute Points in Age Transition

This mod increases the number of the same attribute point card that one can choose by 2 in age transitions. For instance, with this mod it is possible to choose 3 Science attribute points in the transition from Antiquity to Exploration. (Any other effect that don't grant attribute points is not affected.) (In theory, an increase by 1 is enough. But currently there is a bug that one might end up with 4 Science attribute points in the transition from Antiquity to Exploration. Anyway, the code of this mod is simple and one can tweak it easily.) There might be side effects on advanced starts.
